Agreement to Terms
By signing up for TradePro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use TradePro. These terms are binding between you and TradePro Inc.

Service Description
TradePro is a flooring lead delivery platform. Here's what we do:
- We run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns targeting consumers who want flooring work quotes.
- When a consumer submits a lead form, we match them with a qualified flooring contractor in their service area.
- We deliver the consumer's name, phone number, address, and job description to you via SMS.
- You contact the consumer to provide a quote or discuss the project.
- You reply to our SMS with Y (good lead), N (bad lead), or M (couldn't reach), this signal helps us improve future lead quality.
What TradePro does NOT provide: We do not provide marketing services, website design, or sales consulting. We deliver leads only. Success depends on your ability to follow up and close.
Pricing and Billing
TradePro charges a flat per-lead fee. Single tier:
- Cost to start: $0 (no upfront payment, no setup fee)
- Per-lead cost: $35 per lead delivered (charged from lead 1)
- Billing: We charge your card automatically the moment a lead is delivered to your phone.
- Card on file: Captured on the 15-minute setup call via a Stripe Setup link. We do NOT collect card details on the website form.
- No contract or minimum: Cancel anytime by texting STOP or by emailing us.
Important Billing Rules
- You are charged when the lead lands on your phone, NOT based on your reply. Whether you reply Y, N, or M, the lead still costs $35.
- Your Y/N/M reply is feedback for our algorithm, not a refund trigger. Bad leads are still your responsibility to handle.
- Billing happens automatically on the card you provide via Stripe. No invoice required unless you request one.
- If your card declines, we will attempt to retry. After 3 failed attempts, leads stop being sent until payment is resolved.
Refund Policy
No refunds. Every lead is charged at $35 the moment it is delivered to your phone. All leads are non-refundable.
No refunds for:
- Leads you personally chose not to pursue
- Leads you missed or did not follow up on
- Leads in your service area that you chose not to take
- Disputes over lead quality (see "Lead Quality Disclaimer" below)
- Decisions to pause or cancel, pausing stops future charges but does not refund delivered leads
If you believe a charge was made in error (duplicate billing, technical fault on our side), email hello@trade-pro.ca within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.
Lead Quality Disclaimer
TradePro does NOT guarantee lead quality, intent, or feasibility. Leads come from consumers who filled out a Meta form. We do not:
- Pre-screen for budget ("Can they afford this project?")
- Pre-screen for intent ("Are they seriously looking to hire?")
- Pre-screen for feasibility ("Is this a real job you can do?")
- Verify employment, identity, or contact information
- Guarantee response rates or callback availability
It is your responsibility to qualify the lead on the phone call. If a consumer does not answer, does not book, or was not a serious prospect, that is part of the normal sales process. You are still charged for the lead.
We do measure lead quality using your Y/N/M replies and adjust future lead routing based on what works best for your business. Over time, leads should improve. If you consistently mark leads as N (bad), we may adjust your service area or pause delivery until you confirm you want to continue.
Service Levels and Availability
Lead Delivery Hours
We send leads during your set availability window. Default is 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (your local time). You can adjust this via your /admin dashboard.
Outside your availability window: Leads are queued and delivered the next morning at 11:00 AM (your local time).
Lead delivery guarantee: We aim to deliver leads within 5 minutes of receiving them from Meta. We do NOT guarantee uptime or zero delivery delays. If our systems are down, leads may be delayed up to 4 hours.
Contractor Obligations
To keep receiving leads, you must:
- Maintain an active account with a valid phone number
- Respond to leads within 24 hours (reply Y/N/M to any lead)
- Keep your service area and contact information up to date
- Comply with applicable laws (TCPA, CASL, local consumer protection laws)
- Not re-sell, share, or market directly to leads we send you using any other channel
If your phone number changes, you must update it immediately via /admin or email hello@trade-pro.ca. Leads sent to an inactive number may be considered undelivered, and we will NOT refund them.
Auto-Mark N After 24 Hours
If you do not reply Y, N, or M within 24 hours of receiving a lead, we automatically mark it as N (bad lead). This prevents lead pile-up and ensures accurate algorithm training.
Cancellation and Pausing
No contract. No notice required. Cancel anytime.
To pause: Text STOP to the TradePro number. Leads stop immediately. No charges accumulate.
To resume: Text GO. Leads restart on the next business day.
To permanently cancel: Email hello@trade-pro.ca requesting account closure. We will:
- Stop sending leads immediately
- Delete your account data 30 days after closure (keep-alive period for any pending leads or disputes)
Account Termination by TradePro
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation (e.g., fake business, false reviews, lead-flipping)
- Harass or threaten consumers
- Violate TCPA, CASL, or local consumer protection laws
- Consistently fail to respond to leads (auto-marked N 5+ times in a row)
- Have a chargeback or payment dispute more than once
If we terminate your account: You will be notified via email. If termination is for violation of law or fraud, we may terminate without notice.
R-Y-N-M System (Lead Feedback)
After a lead is delivered, you reply with one letter:
- Y = Good lead (you had a real conversation, they're interested, or you booked a job)
- N = Bad lead (they didn't answer, weren't interested, or were clearly not qualified)
- M = Couldn't reach (you tried, they didn't pick up; we'll remind you to follow up)
Your replies train our algorithm. We send more leads similar to your Y replies and fewer similar to your N replies. This is NOT a refund mechanism, it's feedback for us. You are always charged regardless of your reply.
If you don't reply within 24 hours, we automatically mark the lead as N and send you a reminder to follow up.
Intellectual Property and Content
You retain ownership of your business name, contact info, and account data. TradePro retains ownership of:
- The TradePro platform, software, and algorithm
- All lead data (consumer names, phone numbers, addresses, these are our assets)
- Aggregated data and insights (e.g., "flooring leads in Regina convert 40% of the time")
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of TradePro's platform or algorithm.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- No consequential damages: TradePro is not liable for lost revenue, lost customers, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we knew such damage was possible.
- Capped liability: Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to TradePro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $500, whichever is less.
- No warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradePro from any claim, damage, or loss arising from:
- Your use of leads (e.g., a consumer sues you over a flooring job)
- Your violation of applicable law (TCPA, CASL, local regulations)
- Your interactions with consumers or other contractors
- Your breach of these Terms of Service
This means if a consumer sues you (or you and TradePro jointly) over a flooring job, you agree to pay for TradePro's legal costs.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought in those courts.
Before litigation: If you have a dispute with TradePro, email hello@trade-pro.ca describing the issue. We will attempt to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot agree, either party may pursue legal action.
Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify all active contractors via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
Continued use of TradePro after a change means you accept the new terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, combined with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TradePro regarding the Service. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full effect.
