Pricing

What does it cost?

$35 per lead delivered. You're charged $35 the moment a lead lands on your phone. Every lead, from lead 1.

No setup fee. No monthly. No contracts. Card on file gets added on the 15-min setup call. Never on a website form.

Why $35?

Honest answer: it's enough margin for us to run the Meta ads on your behalf. Buying traffic, training the algorithm, filtering junk. No nickel-and-diming you on a retainer.

Lower than $35 and we'd run ads at a loss in most metros. Higher and we lose the price advantage over HomeAdvisor ($25-80 per SHARED lead). $35 is the number where the model works for both sides.

Do I pay for bad leads?

Yes. $35 hits the moment a lead lands on your phone, regardless of outcome. The Y/N/M reply isn't a refund mechanic. It's the signal that makes next week's leads better.

Your replies train the algorithm. After ~30 days it learns what a real customer looks like for your business, so leads sharpen weekly.

How it works

What happens the moment a lead comes in?

Our system calls the homeowner within about a minute of them hitting submit. When a live person answers, it calls you and bridges the two calls together. You answer your phone, and a seconds-old lead is on the line.

If they don't pick up, you get their details by text instead, name, number, address, the job, and you call them back on your own time. No other lead company connects you to the homeowner live.

How does the Y/N/M system work?

After every call, you text back one letter:

Y = good lead. The algorithm gets a "find more like this" signal via Meta's Conversions API.

N = bad lead. The algorithm gets a "filter this type out" signal.

M = couldn't reach. The system reminds you to follow up later. Lead stays in the queue.

After ~30 days the algorithm has learned what a real customer looks like for your business, not the contractor's down the street.

Do I need an app?

No. Your phone rings with a live lead on the line, and the details land as a text. You reply with one letter. That's the whole interface, no app, no portal, no login.

How fast does it start?

Next day after the setup call. The 15-minute call wires it up live (we set up the Meta side, you confirm your phone). Your phone starts ringing within 24 hours.

What if I'm out on a job and miss the call?

The lead's details land on your phone as a text, so nothing is lost. The system then nudges you with reminders at 30 min, 2 hr, and 4 hr after the lead lands. After the third nudge, David personally checks in. You won't lose leads to inattention.

Can I pause when I'm slammed?

Yes, anytime. Text STOP and leads stop arriving. Text GO and they resume. Pause and resume as much as you want, no penalty, no notification, no "are you sure?" confirmation.

How do I cancel?

Stop replying. You're done. No cycle, no notice, no form, no exit interview. The card on file gets removed, leads stop arriving.

Comparison

How is this different from HomeAdvisor / Angi?

HomeAdvisor and Angi sell the same lead to 3–5 contractors at $25–$80 each. You race them to the phone. Most go cold.

Our leads go to one contractor per service area. $35 flat. No bidding war, no race.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

Agency: $1–5k setup, $2–5k/month, 6–12 month contract, weeks-to-months for the first lead, ad spend on top.

TradePro: $0 setup, $0 monthly, no contract, first lead next day. You pay $35 per lead, only when one lands. We cover the ad spend.

What if I already run my own Meta ads?

Different model. We're a good fit for contractors who don't want to manage ad accounts, write copy, or chase down ad rep support. If you've already got a system that works, keep it, and bookmark us as backup.

The boring stuff

Will this work in a small town?

Depends on volume. We've seen it work in 30k+ population cities. If your area is too small to support the ad spend, we'll tell you on the call before you sign up. No bait-and-switch.

What if my city's already taken?

One flooring contractor per service area, first in first served. If your city is spoken for, we'll let you know on the call before you commit anything, and we'll text you when it opens.

Where do you put my card on file?

Stripe. We don't store the card number, Stripe does. You add it on the setup call via a Stripe link, never on a form. Same tech most modern SaaS use.

What jurisdictions do you serve?

Currently Saskatchewan + Alberta only for flooring. We're scaling province by province as we add capacity. Other trades + provinces are on the roadmap.
